RETURNING ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

• You can return an artwork within 14 days after receiving it.
• To be eligible for a refund, a customer must return an artwork in its original condition, including the original packaging, certificate and framing (if applies).
• The customer bears the cost of the returning shipment. I strongly recommend using a shipment method allowing for insurance and tracking, since I do not take any responsibility for the articles lost or damaged during the returning shipment.
• As soon as I receive the returned article, I examine it and let you know, if you are entitled to a refund. If the return is indeed successful, I will initiate a refund according to the original payment method within 14 days.

RETURNING ART PRINTS

Prints can be returned within 14 days on the conditions mentioned above. Yet, I strongly discourage that due to the difficulty of international shipment. To help you make a well-considered decision, I will provide you with additional materials including detailed photographs and videos of the prints before you purchase.

DAMAGE TO ARTICLES DURING SHIPMENT

• If an article is delivered damaged, I will submit a claim to the shipment agency. Please, keep the article and all the packaging materials, until the claim is met.
• Make a photo of the damage sustained by the packaging and article ordered.
• Contact me within 14 days after the order is delivered, providing the photos, details and your order number, and I will always try to find a solution to your issue.
