SHIPMENT PRICING

I deliver internationally at a fixed rate of 25 USD for every order. No matter whether you purchase one piece of art or several, the delivery costs shall remain the same.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

Delivering to the US: deliveries from Ukraine to the United States are made according to the DDP agreement (Delivered, Duty Paid). A custom tax amounting to 10% of the purchased articles’ price is added to the total at the checkout. The tax is reflected on the finalized invoice and paid by the customer alongside the price of the articles.

Delivering to other countries: please, note that every country has its own import regulations and restrictions. In these cases, the responsibility to cover any eventual import taxes, fees or dues foreseen by the local (i.e. that of the destination country) legislation resides with the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

After the order has been sent, you are to receive a tracking number alongside a link to the tracking service per email. 

ORDER PROCESSION TIME

The order is processed, packaged and submitted for shipment within 7 business days after the payment confirmation.

The expected delivery time varies between 7 and 20 days depending on the shipment destination and service of the shipping agent.

I make all possible efforts in order to ensure timely sending and delivery. Yet, I cannot possibly bear responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping agent, custom controls or other circumstances that are out of my control.

PAYMENTS

The transactions are processed through a secure payment system called Hutko. They are made in your local currency or that of your card.
